The Beulah Building development, which houses Hamilton Young’s Sligo offices, consists of a three storey, 2,100sq.m. office and commercial building with units ranging from 160sq.m. to 742sq.m. The development included road widening to ease traffic movement approaching Finisklin Business and Technology Park and includes parking to the rear for 90 cars. The two main entrances are marked by projecting lobbies which are clad externally in beautiful copper wall panels which are curved and also set at an angle. There are glass canopies to both entrance doors and the building also has an interesting curved roof.
